What do you specialize in?

We specialize in consultation services for small to midsize businesses. The goal is to automate and streamline your business processes to increase productivity and lower cost.

What are your rates ?

We offer both an hourly rate and a monthly price. We suggest fixed monthly pricing to simplify the billing process and avoid any unwanted surprises.

What is your preferred method of service?

We can assist with both short-term and long-term projects. However, we prioritize our loyal customers to ensure that they are receiving the best service. We will review our schedule to confirm availability for smaller projects.

How will the service be provided?

We work remotely. We will communicate via email and phone. Whenever necessary, we will schedule a video conference over Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Depending on the situation, we may be able to meet on-site.

How will we exchange documents?

To send files, we will provide a secure link. It will be encrypted to protect all exchanges. Additionally, we are able to use Dropbox, Hubdoc, and Zoho Vault.

Will my information remain private?

Absolutely. We do not sell or share your information. We will sign a confidentiality agreement and use secure links to ensure we keep your information private. We also use applications such as LastPass to save passwords and transfer documents.

Does ABI offer services in other languages?

Yes, we offer services in both English and Spanish. We can translate various types of documents, for example, website content.

What does Aurei Business Innovators (AureiBiznes) mean? 

“Aurei” is the Latin word for gold. In Spanish, this translates to “dorado,” or “golden” in English. The second word, “business,” is pronounced “biz-nes.” The third word, “innovators,” signifies adapting to changes and utilizing technology and new methods and ideas to improve the existing environment.
